We stand by our merchandise 100% and will accept returns on any unused product with the original packaging within 14 days of order arrival to you. Once we receive the item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding return shipping costs). Email us to begin the process of a return. Custom rug size orders are non-returnable.
