Returns
We stand by our merchandise 100% and will accept returns on unused items in the original packaging within 21 days of order arrival to you.
Returns are refunded to the original payment form for the merchandise price, less the return shipping fee and 5% restocking fee. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items include rug pads, swatches, custom rugs, sale items, vintage, and orders shipped outside the continental United States. To initiate a return, please see fill out the form below.

Please log into your account and under the 'My Orders' tab you will see 'More Info' which will provide details about your order production, tracking, and delivery confirmation.

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. You will have up to 48 hours after you've placed your order to makes changes or cancel it. Please email us at info@loomyhome.com with your order number. After 48 hours, your order will be processed as a return.
please note: there is a 5% cancellation fee applied when an order is cancelled. This is a bank processing fee that is charged to us.

No, all orders ship small parcel and will be left at the nearest dry spot at your shipping address.

Even though we do our best to deliver your order in perfect condition, damages may occur in the shipping process. All damage claims must notify LOOMY within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging and contact us to file a claim.
