How do I apply for a trade account?

What is your trade discount?

We offer 15% off eligible retail products.

The following products are excluded from discounting:

How do I place a trade order?

Once you activate your account, simply sign in to shop and place your trade order on our website. The 15% trade discount will be automatically applied to eligible retail products at checkout.

Can LOOMY work with me to design a custom rug?

What is lead time for custom rugs?

Depends on the construction of the rug but typically about 4-6 weeks and we ship directly to the desired destination.

What do I need to apply to the trade program?

You will need to submit an application and provide one or more of the following: Resale License, Business License, membership to a major design organization (e.g ASID) or Interior Design Certification (e.g. NCIDQ).

Does your trade program offer tax exemption?

Sales tax is automatically waived in all states except NY and GA. To waive sales tax on qualifying orders to NY or GA, please upload your resale license(s) for that state in the application process.

Do you provide product detailed tear sheets?

Yes, we do! Every product has a PDF tear sheet on the individual product pages
