How do I apply for a trade account?

What do I need to apply to the trade program?
Please note that at least two of the following documentation will be required with your application.
- Valid business license, EIN, or resale certificate verifying your business in interior design
- Valid membership of a major design organization (e.g. ASID, AIA)
- Interior design certification (e.g. NCIDQ)
- Company website
How do I place a trade order?
One your membership account is accepted, simply sign in to shop and place your trade order in the checkout process. The 10% trade discount will be automatically applied to eligible retail products at checkout!
Can LOOMY work with me to design a custom rug?
We'd love to! Please email us details to get started.
What is lead time for custom rugs?
Typically 6-8 weeks, but of course everything depends on the rug construction. Sometimes they arrive sooner! We also ship directly to the desired destination for convenience's sake.
Does your trade program offer tax exemption?
Sales tax is automatically waived in all states except Texas. To waive sales tax on qualifying orders in Texas please upload your resale license(s) for that state in the application process.
